I bought this thinking it’d just replace my old Triton shower without much fuss, but it really wasn’t that easy. The fixings didn’t match up and the pipe and cable bits were in awkward spots, so getting it all lined up became a hassle. In the end I had to get a plumber in, which wasn’t what I expected from something sold as an easy replacement. Frustrating stuff.

Tech support was actually helpful and got me what I needed, but the customer service side took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, it just felt...

I went for a Triton shower mainly because the price seemed reasonable and the reviews were decent. I didn’t want to spend loads, but I still wanted something reliable, and so far it’s been a solid buy.
There was a small issue a bit later on, but the warranty side was surprisingly straightforward. They asked for the details, got it sorted quickly, and didn’t make me jump through hoops.

Overall, I’m happy with it. For the money, it’s done exactly what I needed, and it’s reassuring that the warranty actually counts for something. I’d definitely consider them again.

We’ve had our Triton shower in for about 18 months now, and overall it’s been a good, dependable choice. It gets used every day by the whole family and, so far, we haven’t had any leaks, strange noises, or issues like we did with our previous shower.
I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because the plastic front does feel a little lightweight, and the temperature control can be a bit fiddly at times. That said, it’s held up well with regular use and I’d say it’s a solid shower for the money...

I ordered a replacement part for my shower and the whole process was really straightforward. Checkout was easy, and the part arrived sooner than I thought it would. No stress, no messing around — I’d happily order from them again.

I’ve had the Triton shower fitted for a few weeks now and it’s been really good so far. The pressure is noticeably better than my old one, and the main thing I keep appreciating is that it doesn’t do that little stop-start pulsing thing the previous shower used to do, which used to drive me mad first thing in the morning.
The temperature stays steady even if someone turns the downstairs tap on, which I’ve tested more than once because I was expecting it to dip. The controls are simple, the dial has a nice firm turn to it, and there’s no fiddling around to get it comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with it
